Football Tycoon is a ground-breaking football title that breaks the mould of the standard manager game. As club owner you are higher than a mere manager or coach and make the decisions that really matter. Visit the in-game nightclub, casino, bookmakers, and racetrack in order to make contact with the 6-star agents to help bring the best player's and manager's to your club. Having made your fortune in the cut-throat world of business, you have now decided to purchase your own football club. Build the stadium, hire/fire the managers, gamble, deal with agents to get to the very top. With 2 game-modes: Grass-Roots mode where you can take over a lowly division club struggling for funds and aim to build them up step-by-step to be the greatest club in Europe. Or you can choose Challenge Mode where you are thrown in at the deep-end asked to rescue a club who may be hugely in debt or have not won a trophy for decades, it is your job to turnaround their fortunes before moving onto the next scenario. With an in-game sports news channel showing you all of the latest happenings in the footballing world you cannot take your finger off of the pulse or your empire may crumble.
